The manager of la “Station des sports”, a sports bar located literally a stone’s throw away from Le Seville, told us he’s eagerly waiting for the visit of the future residents of Le Seville. Along with a mega-terrace added this summer on St-Catherine Street for everybody to enjoy, the Station des sports has recently started the construction of an extension that will allow it to accommodate up to a thousand sports fans. To offer low prices, the Station bets on high trafic, inspired by the winning formula of institutions such as the “Real Sports Bar & Grill”, one of Toronto’s landmark sports bar, where fans and sports enthusiasts meet up for a diversity of sports events. Other good news for the neighbourhood and for the residents of Le Seville A Marché Adonis, the first branch of this franchise to take foot in downtown Montreal, will open its door on the ground floor of the Phase 3b, at the corner of Lambert-Closse and St-Catherine. Nothing better than a food market specialized in Mediterranean products located a foot step away from home. Clearly the end of these endless walks in the cold, arms loaded with grocery bags! Also to be noted, Le Seville coffee shop, under the Starbuck banner, is soon to be opened at ground level of Phase 1.
