The two buildings of the Époques project, one a former warehouse and the other made up of new units, seamlessly blend into the architectural landscape of Old Montréal, an iconic neighbourhood steeped in history. Stones, cobblestones and cornices . . . here, everything is in total harmony with the vibe of the neighbourhood.

Highlights
- Avy Avmor, the owner of the business formerly located here, would ask visitors (artists, adults, children) to draw the building. Over the years, these works became part of the Avmor Collection, displayed in an adjacent building, which he has preserved for this purpose.
