Like many clients who visit the sales office of the 21e arrondissement condo project located in Old Montreal, or maybe out of pure curiosity, you might ask yourself: what is the idea behind the name 21e arrondissement.
Favored by a central location, a few steps away from McGill Street and the Quartier International of Montreal, 21e arrondissement will offer co-owners a dynamic and thriving living environment. At the core of the project, a new square will be created, at the corner of Queen and William Streets.
This public square was designed with the objective of recreating the ambiance for which Paris public squares are internationally famous. It is this square and the vision of community behind it that gives its name and distinction to the 21e. Like most classic neighbourhoods of Paris, this project will offer proximity services of high quality and a sense of belonging to residents. It will be the ideal place to hang out with neighbors, meet friends or simply buy some food when coming back from work. Since Paris has 20 arrondissements, we had the idea of creating the 21st in the heart of Montreal! All the essentials of the City of lights will gathered around the square, such as fine bakeries, coffee shops, bistros and terraces. Notably, the project will grow its own greens. A section of the rooftops will host an urban agriculture project. In the summer, fruit, veggies and fresh herbs produced on the roof will be sold on the public square.
I already imagine myself, sitting at the terrace, sipping a delicious coffee on a sunny summer afternoon!
It will be a pleasure to see you there. But until then, you are welcome at our sales office, we’ll have a coffee!
